Project Proposal

Prepared for: Client Office Project

1. Executive Summary

Your office currently runs two 18k BTU Air Conditioning units during daytime hours. To minimize high energy costs and dependency on the grid, HSN ASIA (PVT) LTD proposes a custom-engineered 5kW Hybrid Solar Solution.

The system features an active zero-export setup to ensure all generated solar power is self-consumed without exporting, utilizing a 5kWh LiFePO4 buffer to ensure uninterrupted operations.

System Snapshot Active Zero-Export

  • Inverter: 5kW Single-Phase Hybrid
  • Solar Array: 6.5kWp Mono-PERC
  • Storage: 5.12kWh LiFePO4
  • Control: External CT Sensor

2. Technical Specifications

Component Specification Function/Purpose
Inverter 5kW Hybrid Inverter (GoodWe/Deye) Manages load distribution and solar blending.
PV Modules 6.5kWp Array (Over-paneled) Provides daytime power for two 18k BTU ACs.
Battery Bank 5.12kWh Lithium (LiFePO4) Acts as a cloud buffer and short-term UPS.
Metering Interface Built-in Meter with CT Clamp Controls zero-export dynamically.

3. Proposed Solution Architecture

[Essential Loads / Backup Output Illustration]

Essential Office Loads

Connected to the Backup Port. Includes servers, PCs, routers, and essential lighting to ensure 100% uptime in the event of grid failure.

[Heavy Loads / Normal Output Illustration]

Heavy Loads (2x 18k BTU ACs)

Connected to the Normal Grid Port. Runs completely on solar during the day. Protected from rapid battery drain during outages.

4. Key Benefits

Daytime Independence E-Commerce Ready

Drastically reduces the daytime electricity bill from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing free power for high-demand office appliances.

Energy Buffering Cloud Stabilization

Ensures that intermittent shading and passing clouds do not disrupt the air conditioning load, maintaining stable office conditions.
